Challenge

We adopted a Fam Trip to acquaint the Mexican Press with the ingenuity that goes into making luxurious Parmigiani watches.

Introduce the Parmigiani watches to the Mexican Elite and create awareness of the brand through top tier media publications.

Solution

In order to captivate the Mexican market and present the highly detailed and fascinating process of watch making, an exclusive Fam Trip to the Parmigiani Factory in Neuchatel, Switzerland was organized. Important affluent Mexican publications like El Excelcior, Farenheit, Status Highend Magazine and Radio Fórmula were involved in the visit to the Factory and mesmerized by the process.

AIRLINES

Challenge

Flights from the US to South America and promote the unique culture.
Increase awareness of Lan/tam Airlines flights from the US to South America and promote the unique culture and entertainment associated to Chile.

Solution

3AWORLDWIDE planned and executed a consumer activation in one of NYC’s highly crowded areas, Union Square. The activation live game show called “Meet Chile” had the goal of testing passersby’s knowledge of Chile and LAN Airlines. The winners of the game show received a round-trip ticket to Santiago.
The game show stage featured some of Chile’s most iconic views and brand ambassadors, dressed as skiers challenged contestants to participate either in one of the game show’s sessions or to participate in the raffle. A shooting crew was present to film the whole action and edit the footage to use it for social media purposes.

Challenge

We align the global success of Toyota to incite the uncharted Brazilian market.

Increase the number of vehicles sold and expand the market share to strengthen the Toyota brand in the state of Rio de Janeiro, where they are installing a new factory.

Solution

Development of events in larges and acquaintances places with salespeople of different dealerships, spreading the effort making sports, ads, television commercials, website and mobile site, which contained the offers, a store locator, interactions with social networks and a augmented reality app.

Challenge

3aworldwide manages more than 15 open air television media plans in 15 different countries.

• Introduce and make the open english brand known in spain.
• Position the online english school as a benchmark in the field of english learning.
• Increase its presence in the mainstream media and spread its the different facets.
• Reach the “top of mind” postion for open english in the target audience’s mind.
• Generate a new client portfolio in spain.

Solution

In order to meet the client’s needs, 3aworldwide developed an external communication strategy to reach the target audience, through the press office service.
To reach the target audience, we wrote an average of 2 press releases per month, managed interviews with the mainstream media, scheduled and elaborated ad hoc content for publications aimed at potential clients. We monitored such content through the main platforms.
To reach the target audience, 3aworldwide produced 6 spots with the popular spanish comedian leo harlem.
The department of advertising planned a national campaing on the spanish tv channels telecinco and cuatro, as well as a facebook ads campaign to increase user interaction on the platform.

CARRERA IGNITION NIGHT

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Challenge

ntroduce the new line of Carrera Sunglasses to the Dominican Republic fashion scene in order to amplify brand awareness and generate sales.

Solution

3AWORLDWIDE planned and executed the Carrera Ignition Night Party in one of the hottest nightclubs in Santo Domingo, La Chismosa. The event featured an exhibition of the new collection of sunglasses, models to represent the four lines within the collection, a signature Carrera drink and a notable Dominican DJ. Media coverage was pursued with the dissemination of a press release to all local outlets and personal delivery of the event invitation to over 250 media, client, fashion bloggers and Dominican personalities. Post – event coverage of the party was pitched to garner social press.

Create awareness to Ferretti Group as the leader in design, construction and sales of yachts in top tier Mexican media specialized in yachts and luxury lifestyle.

Solution

3AWORLDWIDE developed a PR Strategy in its key market: Mexico, where recently opened its first sales boutique in the country in October 2014. 3AWORLDWIDE executed an opening event with top tier media and an event with potencial customers.

Challenge

3AWORLDWIDE began working with GO fit and the parent company, Ingesport with 3 objectives:
• To publicize the brands GO fit and Ingesport.
• Position the sports centers as a reference in the world of sport, health and wellness.
• Increasing its presence in the mainstream media and spread the different.

Solution

In order to meet customer needs, 3AWORLDWIDE developed and external communication strategy to reach the target audience.
3AWORLDWIDE Europe offered to GO fit its PR Services with media notification for different events such as collaboration with the basketball and Rugby Spanish Federations, the Spanish Heart Foundation or sponsorship of various sports teams.
Furthermore, we wrote and managed weekly news for the corporate website and we also managed crisis situations both online and offline level after achieving the first 3 goals, 3AWORLDWIDE raised the following challenges:

Results

To reach the target audience, more than 50 press releases were written. We managed interviews with major media and we also elaborated ad hoc content for publications.
Last year media impact of more than 2.700.000 euros was achieved with appearances on national lifestyle magazines such as Vogue, Elle or Woman, National and Regional media as El Mundo, El País, El Diario Montañés or El Día de Valladolid and numerous television and radio networks such as Cadena Ser and Antena 3.
Furthermore, we wrote and manages weekly news for the corporate website and we also managed crisis situations both online and offline level. The work developed by 3AWORLDWIDE in external communication allowed more than 30% increase client subscriptions.

Challenge

For years, we have brought communication solutions to the Schindler Group, applying short-term results with strategies that have the duplicity to target audiences and have a strong impact inside the company.

The Schindler Group wanted information and dissemination of product innovations, technical advances, new facilities, and actions of Corporate Social Responsibility to successfully reach its target audience.

Solution

Internal Communication in order to reach the entire team of Schindler Spain, 3AWORLDWIDE developed several lines of communication and actions.

1.- Schindler in your cellphones

Schindler Spain developed a platform to text the workers all kind of information about the company and the vertical transportation industry. With this action we obtained direct contact with every employee and we made them feel involved in the success and recognition of the Company.

2.- Talking about Schindler

In 3AWORLDWIDE we developed an interactive presentation with videos in which the senior management of the Company talks to the workers involved in the communication plan and they also explain them the situation of the Company, their successes and the new goals and points that they need to improve. With this biannual action we also reach all employees in a simple and effective way.

3.- Newsletters

3AWORLDWIDE has designed Schindler’s Corporate Newsletter, where relevant news of the Company were published. It is sent to every employee’s emails every two months.

4.- Internal magazine

Communication with employees is very important to Schindler. Another action performed was the publication of an internal magazine where employees can participate by elaborating content about their experiences outside Spain. It also includes the new company adjudications and successes and an editorial written by the General Director, Mr. Julio Arce. The magazine is delivered to employees every three months.

External communication: Reach to the target audience

Schindler is aware of the importance of being present in both general and specialized media to reach its target audience. That is why Schindler Spain has invested heavily in PR and Advertising.

- PR: in 3AWORLDWIDE we manage the company’s relationship with the media through press releases with the information about new business areas and appointments, company’s semiannual and annual results, etc. We also create news content and we manage and prepare interviews for radio and television. With this service Schindler gets to be present in the media and reaches the target audience easily.

- MEDIA PLANNING: The strategy consists in advertising in specialized media to achieve a greater diffusion of its services. In 3AWORLDWIDE we organize the advertising in a media plan in order to achieve the best rates and the greatest possible impact.

- Internal Communications allowed us to reach 2500 people in a direct and efficient way.

- Obtained more than 660 impacts on the mainstream media and specialized publications.

- A total of 24 creative inserts were strategically placed in the main publications of the sector.
